Ecosystem Restoration & Digital Tools

RN3 will adapt lessons from RH3 and RH4, including ecosystem restoration, flood management NbS, community-led planning and the use of digital tools for climate risk assessment.

Ecosystem restoration: Applying NbS approaches to reverse land degradation and restore ecosystem functions and services in the valley.
Flood management: Replicating flood retention NbS validated at RH4 within the specific hydrological context of Valle di Comino.
Community-led planning: Using participatory methodologies from both Hubs to build local ownership and integration into governance.
Digital risk tools: Integrating climate risk assessment tools to support evidence-based and transparent local decision-making.
